To enroll your child in Creative Preschool you will need to submit a completed registration form, a current immunization form, a signed parent contract, and a non-refundable $50 registration fee. Click here for Registration Materials.

WITHDRAW POLICY
If a child is leaving the program, a two week written or verbal notice to a Board member or a teacher is required. Families are responsible for tuition for those two weeks regardless of when the child leaves the program.
TUITION AND NEED-BASED FINANCIAL AID
Monthly tuition for the 2/3's class is $73 for each day of the week your child is registered. There is also an annual materials fee equivalent to $15 for each day of the week your child is registered. Ex: a child attending preschool two days a week pays $146/month tuition plus a one time $30 materials fee.
Tuition for the PreK class is $255 per month plus an annual $45 materials fee. Students attending only one or two days a week will have tuition and the materials fee adjusted accordingly.

Each year a limited number of need-based tuition discounts are available to enrolling students. The Board of Directors utilizes both DSHS income guidelines and individual family circumstances when considering aid requests. Financial aid applications are available through the school. Scholarships for the 2017-18 school year will be awarded in late August; scholarship amounts depend on enrollment numbers.
